We have carefully reviewed all CCTV footage in our shop and have already spoken to and reminded our staff regarding proper customer service and communication. We would like to offer our deepest apologies once again for this matter. Regarding the dessert you mentioned, we noticed that there was some left and we personally tasted it for verification. We found that the flavor was normal and consistent with our cheesecake’s standard. We do not use conventional cream cheese like many other shops; the cream cheese we use has a naturally tangier flavor, which is intentional and part of our recipe. Most of our baked goods are wrapped in plastic to prevent moisture loss from the dough. This helps ensure that when the pastries are reheated and served, they remain crispy on the outside and moist inside, rather than dry or hard. Our prices may be considered higher compared to the surrounding area. However, this is due to our production costs, as our main ingredients—such as butter, cream cheese, and flour—are all imported. In addition, our dough requires a long fermentation process, which is why our pricing is set at this level. Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or discomfort you may have experienced. If you visit us again, we kindly recommend trying our croissants or other wrapped baked goods. We believe this will help clarify that our products are not old, as you may have initially understood.
