このたびはご意見をお寄せいただきありがとうございます。いくつか事実と異なる点があるため、簡潔に補足いたします。 CASACOは宿泊施設ではなく、留学生のシェアハウス兼、地域に開かれたコミュニティ拠点です。「宿泊客」や「特別扱い」という区分はありません。また、「事前に決められていないルールが多い」「お金を払えば歓迎される」とのご指摘についても、どのイベントや場面を指しているのか現状では把握できておらず、戸惑っています。多くのイベントは、こどもは無料、大人も1,000円前後で、営利目的の場ではありません。 もし具体的に参加されたイベントや、不快に感じられた出来事がありましたら、ぜひ直接ご連絡ください。誤解があれば解消し、改善できる点があれば真摯に向き合いたいと考えています。 CASACOは、排他的な場所ではなく、対話とつながりを大切にするコミュニティです。 Thank you for your feedback.We would like to clarify a few points, as there appear to be some misunderstandings. CASACO is not an accommodation facility. It is a shared house for international students and a community space open to the neighborhood. There is no distinction such as “guests” receiving special treatment. Regarding comments about unclear rules or being welcomed only if payment is made, we are unsure which event or situation this refers to. Most events are free for children and cost around ¥1,000 for adults, and CASACO is not run for commercial profit. If there was a specific event or experience where you felt uncomfortable, we would appreciate it if you could contact us directly. We are open to dialogue and improvement. CASACO aims to be an open, community-based space built on connection and mutual respect.
