Much appreciation to Jedrek for going above and beyond! I had accidentally placed my order at Tampines West CC instead of Tampines 1, and he handled the whole situation so graciously without making me feel bad about it at all. It's rare to come across such helpful and genuinely kind staff. The drinks are great, but customer service like this is what keeps me coming back. Thank you Jedrek!

I had a really wonderful experience at CHAGEE Tampines recently. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out immediately. The manager personally greeted me with a warm and friendly attitude, which made me feel very welcomed. It is rare to see such attentive customer service nowadays, and I truly appreciated the effort. Even though the outlet was busy, the manager was actively helping to manage the queue professionally and efficiently, making sure customers were attended to smoothly and patiently. The whole team worked very well together and maintained a positive atmosphere throughout. I also had the chance to try one of their new products, and it was a great experience. The staff took the time to explain it properly and were very enthusiastic about letting customers try something new. You can really tell the team at Tampines takes pride in providing excellent customer service and creating a pleasant experience for everyone. I know not all outlets are the same, but the Tampines outlet definitely impressed me with their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. Great job to the whole team and manager there. Keep up the excellent work!

CHAGEE Tampines 1 located at 10 Tampines Central 1, #02-13, Singapore 529536....consider very new outlet located at Tampines area. They seem to be very crowded and packed daily. 1 thing that make us keep on coming back is ambiance is comfortable, clean, there is charger for our laptop/ hp etc.....wait time for the past few visit was 15min to 30min but staff are all very patience and friendly. Drink are all very refreshing and rich in tea favours. Normally, we order using CHAGEE app or thru Grab. Compare to other outlet, we preferred Tampines 1
