Had a wonderful experience at CHAGEE WATERWAY POINT today! Even though it was a full house, the service was still warm and professional. A special shoutout to Kean, the guest service officer, who served me with a polite smile and great attitude while taking my order. It’s not easy handling a busy crowd, but Kean stayed patient, friendly, and welcoming throughout. Excellent customer service like this truly makes the experience better. Thank you, Kean, for the great hospitality — keep up the amazing work!

Donkey & I visited CHAGEE at Waterway Point during my birthday month and it was such a wonderful surprise! Thanks to the CHAGEE app birthday rewards, I got a FREE BO.YA Jasmine Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea (Large, fresh milk, less ice, slightly sweet) and 50% off the Earl Grey Chocolate Cake such a generous and thoughtful perk, I absolutely love it! The milk tea was amazing rich, fragrant with jasmine and tea notes, perfectly balanced sweetness and creaminess, not too heavy at all. Easily one of my favourite drinks from them. The Earl Grey Chocolate Cake was equally delicious, soft, moist layers, lovely Earl Grey aroma that paired so well with the chocolate, not overly sweet at all. Even at half price, the quality was outstanding, you can tell they use premium ingredients.

After our extensive cycling journey across the four reservoirs today, Kitty and I visited CHAGEE at Waterway Point to relax and recuperate. Although we have frequented this particular outlet several times, we felt compelled to finally share a formal review of what has become our favourite tea destination. Being situated conveniently near our home, it serves as the perfect location for our post-activity refreshments. The highlights of our visit were exceptional. We sampled the BO.YA Jasmine Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea, and the complexity of the blend was truly impressive. The combination of the floral jasmine notes with the robust Tie Guan Yin tea creates a layered profile that significantly enhances the overall fragrance. Furthermore, as it is currently Kitty’s birthday month, we were delighted to receive her tea as a complimentary treat. To complement our drinks, we also enjoyed the Earl Grey Chocolate Cake, which we purchased at a fifty per cent discount. The subtle infusion of tea within the chocolate was exquisite and paired perfectly with our beverages. The service remains consistently professional despite the high volume of orders, making it a highly recommended spot for any tea enthusiast. It was a wonderful way to conclude our weekend adventure.
