This café has been on my to-visit list forever, and today I finally made it Chalet V is the definition of fancy but cozy. The high ceilings make the space feel so open and elegant, and they even have a dedicated area for wedding ceremonies — such a beautiful touch Their menu has several coffee options, but I went with a classic Americano. NT$120 only, which honestly surprised me — especially considering the quality of their coffee beans, better than many cafés around. The brunch menu is rich and well-designed. I ordered the herbal salmon, served with sautéed vegetables and quinoa — a clean, healthy, and satisfying plate It costs NT$580. I was expecting a slightly larger portion of salmon for the price, but the flavor was really good, so I still enjoyed it. Service was fast and smooth, and I loved the open kitchen — watching the chefs prepare the food makes the experience even better Restrooms were clean, and every staff member was kind, professional, and attentive This is definitely a place I’ll come back to again. If you love beautiful cafés, good food, and quality coffee, you’ll love this spot.
