1. The atmosphere is so different from before, and the service is no longer as professional as before. I know it is very busy and there are many customers...but the hair of the lady at the counter really looks like she just woke up... 2. The service staff don’t know what they are doing... they can even pour sparkling water and spray it. 3. The overall meal is okay, but the sakura shrimp fried rice is very dry and hard to eat ~ 4. The wrong dessert was delivered. After informing the service staff, the waiter’s attitude was also indifferent. 5. The birthday cake was not sent, and it was sent to another table later. What’s funny is that I didn’t confirm with other tables whether there was a birthday cake... It’s really blind. P.S The tableware is dirty⋯ This is not my first time dining in Chamonix, but after this time I really feel that the service quality is obviously different from before...
