I have been coming to this coffee shop for about 6 years. The business name changed a few times but the only thing that remained consistent over the years is their bad coffee and the poor quality of their services. I still need to wait 30 min to get served for a simple espresso when there's less than 10 people in their shop. I had to talk one of the staff off to finally get served.
How is that even acceptable to treat one of your regular customers that way? This is poor business practice. The only reason i continue going there is because it is close to my home but honestly i think this will be one of the last times i come here.
