この女性スタッフのサービスは本当にひどかったです。料理の味はとても良かったのに、彼女のせいで一日中気分が悪くなりました。 なぜメニューの置き方を彼女の「ルール」に従わなければならないのか理解できません。それは彼女の仕事ではないのでしょうか？ 焼き加減を聞かれたときも、彼女はとても不機嫌そうな態度と表情で話してきました。 私は彼女に何も悪いことをしていないのに、どうしてお客さんをいじめるような態度を取るのでしょうか。. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

スクンビットのエムスフィアにあるレストランCHARBONへ。メニューの新鮮なシーフードやジューシーな肉に惹かれての来店です。今回はハラミのローストをミディアムレアでオーダー。炭火でじっくり焼き上げられたハラミは、外は香ばしく中はジューシーで、噛むたびに肉の旨味が口いっぱいに広がります。ビールと白ワインとも最高に合う組み合わせでした。. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿1,400–1,600

Charbon Bangkok was honestly one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Everything tasted incredibly fresh. You can tell they grill everything right there and serve it immediately, which makes a huge difference. The octopus was perfectly cooked, tender with a really nice smoky flavor. The steak was amazing, but what I can’t stop thinking about is the sauce. I have no idea what it was made of, but it was so unique and memorable that I’m still thinking about it. We even ordered extra bread just to dip into the steak sauce because it was that good. The lamb chops were juicy and full of flavor, and even the grilled peppers were delicious. The staff were incredibly attentive and somehow always seemed to know exactly what we needed without us having to ask. They also have a great selection of fresh oysters, which was a big plus. Everything felt fresh, high quality, and carefully prepared. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to whenever I’m in Bangkok. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
