他の方のレビューにもあったように、1人客は歓迎されていない様です。 私も1人で夕方に来店したところ、入店拒否されてしまいました。 ※早い時間だったので席は一つしか埋まっていませんでした。 なので、来店される場合は複数人で訪れることをお勧め致します。 気分は多少落ち込まされましたし、食べれないのでは味以前の問題ですので、評価は星1とさせていただきます。 それ以外の評価をしようがないので、申し訳ございません。. Meal type: Dinner

I called by phone to reserve a table, and I was answered by what I assume was the owner or the cook. Honestly, I couldn’t hear him well, so I just agreed to everything and went at the time I thought was set. When I arrived, the Japanese lady served me with a very bad attitude, saying that I had called again to say I would arrive 30 minutes later. That never happened. Still, she sat me at a random table. Later, I heard her talking to someone in the back. I understand Japanese — not perfectly, but enough — and I could tell she was saying unpleasant things about me. Then both she and the cook scolded me in front of my friends, saying I had reserved something else and was wasting food. How was I supposed to know that? It was my first time there — and it will be the last. She kept making negative comments about me, and honestly, I lost my appetite. On top of that, I noticed the people at the next table got much bigger portions than we did. My friends go there often and even have photos showing generous portions, but that day ours were small in comparison. I really didn’t like the treatment from the Japanese waitress. I understand there might have been some confusion with the reservation and I should have asked more clearly on the phone, but still, you can’t treat customers that way. As for the food, I ordered the milanesa and it tasted good. — 電話で予約をしたのですが、対応してくれたのはおそらく店主か料理人でした。正直、電話ではよく聞き取れず、とりあえず全部「はい」と答えて約束した時間に行きました。 しかし、到着すると日本人の女性スタッフがとても不機嫌な態度で「あなたはもう一度電話して30分遅れると言った」と言われました。そんなことは一度もありません。それでも適当な席に通されました。 その後、奥で誰かと話しているのを聞きました。私は日本語を完全に話せるわけではありませんが、理解はできます。そして、私のことを良くない言葉で言っていました。 さらに、その女性と料理人に友人の前で叱られ、「別のものを予約していた」「食べ物を無駄にしている」と責められました。初めて来た店なのに、どうやって知ることができたのでしょうか？もちろん二度と行きません。 その女性はずっと私の悪口を言い続け、正直、食欲がなくなりました。しかも、隣のテーブルのお客さんには私たちより大きなポーションを出していました。友人たちは何度も来ていて、いつも量が多い写真も持っていますが、この日は本当に少なかったです。 日本人女性スタッフの対応は本当に残念でした。予約の件で多少の誤解があったのかもしれませんし、電話で私がもっと確認すべきだったのかもしれません。でも、客をあのように扱うのはありえません。 料理については、私はミラネサを注文しました。味は美味しかったです。 — Llamé por teléfono para reservar una mesa y me atendió, supongo, el dueño o el cocinero. La verdad, no lo escuchaba bien, así que terminé diciendo que sí a todo y fui a la hora acordada. Al llegar, la señora japonesa me atendió de muy mala gana, asegurando que yo había llamado otra vez para avisar que llegaría 30 minutos más tarde. Eso nunca ocurrió. Aun así, me sentó en una mesa cualquiera. Después escuché que hablaba con alguien al fondo. Yo entiendo japonés, y aunque no soy 100% japonesa, entendí perfectamente lo que decía, y no eran cosas buenas sobre mí. Luego, tanto ella como el cocinero me retaron al frente de mis amigos, diciendo que yo había reservado otra cosa y que estaba malgastando comida. Era la primera vez que iba, ¿cómo iba a saber? Y definitivamente será la última. La señora siguió hablando mal de mí, y la verdad, se me fue el hambre. Además, noté que a los clientes de al lado les sirvieron porciones mucho más grandes que a nosotros. Mis amigos suelen ir seguido y tienen fotos de otras veces donde las porciones eran abundantes, pero esa vez fue muy pequeña. No me gustó para nada el trato de la señora mesera japonesa. Entiendo que quizás hubo confusión con la reserva y que tendría que haber prestado más atención en la llamada, pero no se puede tratar así a un cliente. En cuanto a la comida, pedí la milanesa y el sabor era rico.
