I could eat at Chill Ramen every day. The noodles are delicious, the meats (pork belly, egg, chicken, abalone and seafood) all cooked to tender perfection. For such a small place, the cooking is innovative and worth coming back for. On my three visits in as many weeks, I only had ramen but look forward to trying the rice dishes too. The restaurant looks to be run by a family, with each member as kind and friendly as the other. “Mama San” is so lovely and welcoming, I adore her.
