長次郎なのだがアルファベット表示の店名になっているのは外国人観光客を呼び込むためだろう。日本人には分かりにくい。 チェーン店なので全店統一価格なのだが、地価の高いエリアで同一のクオリティーを維持するのは、なかなか大変だと思う。 何が悪いというわけではないが、平日ではあるものの昼時に店はガラガラ。客の入りが味に関係あるのかわからないが、今ひとつ満足感がなくて、早々に食事を済ませました。 セオリーだとは思うが、店内ガラガラなのに、カウンターの人がいる隣席に詰めるように案内したり。ホスピタリティ面でスタッフに経験が足りないような感じた。.
