Chef Tong gave me a wonderful omakase lunch. The courses are carefully curated, starting with subtle sweet flavors of the sushi to a mildly rich and flavorful beef. The interior is quite beautiful, bathed in abundance of natural light. With at least 4 staff serving me alone, the service is impeccable. Chef Tong is warm and friendly, making the whole experience easy and comfortable. The only detail that irked me is the butterfly shape chopstick holder. It is too light and not suited to how a pair of chopstick is placed on it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿400–600
