此方のお店は以前ハーバーシティの北、マルコポーロプリンスの隣にあって、とてもリーズナブルでとても美味しかったのでよく利用していました。 しばらくご無沙汰している間に移転されたようです。今回懐かしの味を求めて地下鉄を乗り継いでお伺いしました。点心類は以前よりサイズが小さくなったような気がします。特に叉焼包はめちゃくちゃ小さくなっています。味は悪くないのですが、かなりガッカリしました。また、好物だった野菜焼きそばはメニューになく、代わりにオーダーした焼きそばは味が薄くて美味しくなかったです。遠征した甲斐なく残念でした。. Exquisite dim sum and stir-fries in Tsuen Wan Personally, I only like to have tea and snacks early in the morning, but my friend told me that there is a restaurant in Tsuen Wan that serves snacks at night, and it’s pretty good. So just have tea and snacks in the evening. The restaurant staff are all very nice, greeting me well and smiling brightly. Open the left pot of beautiful tea first, you will see many styles to choose from. There are actually abalone and chicken crisps, abalone siomai, and gold foil shrimp dumplings. It turns out that such expensive dim sum is so special. It must be called Li Shi. The large-sized abalone is stewed to give it a sun-dried flavor, and it is paired with crispy chicken pieces that won’t be dried when you eat them. The abalone is chewy and delicious, and the crispy chicken pieces are fragrant and crispy. The combination is perfect. Abalone and siomai must be eaten separately. This combination is so fresh. For tea, you must have barbecued pork buns, shrimp intestines and salt water noodles.
