I booked a staycation at The Ark, Bhopal with my husband on my birthday, hoping for a relaxing and memorable experience. While the property itself has a good ambience and the location is beautiful, the overall experience was extremely disappointing due to poor service and unprofessional staff behavior. The biggest issue was the lack of responsiveness from the staff and management. Calls were repeatedly ignored, service requests took an unreasonable amount of time, and there seemed to be no coordination among the team. The manager was particularly unhelpful and showed little concern for guest satisfaction. A good property alone cannot make up for poor hospitality. What was meant to be a special birthday celebration turned into a frustrating and stressful experience. I sincerely hope the management takes guest feedback seriously and improves their service standards, because the place has potential but is currently let down by its staff and management. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property based on my experience. Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
