Disappointed by the long wait during weekday lunch time. We waited for 1 full hour for our mains to arrive. This is the longest I've ever waited for a meal. No explanation given for the delayed food. Few times during the wait, we had to keep asking when is the food coming and the reply was "it's coming". Service could be better, at least explain the delay and not ghost us and leave us hanging. Unsure why they are unable to handle our orders as the place wasn't crowded when we came. If you are unable to handle our order, inform us so we can make a fair judgement to wait or cancel our order and head to another place instead. Not just us, other tables were all waiting for their food and everyone waiting for an hour. Many unhappy faces. Food is just OK. Tastes like home cooked food. Not worth the visit. Sadly won't return again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

It is a very classy interior, with brilliant use of furniture and paintings at Cl9ud Cafe. I ordered the Tori Rice Bowl, it was a filling and nutrition-packed tasty lunch option, the coffee was also brewed to perfection. The owners of the cafe were very friendly and cheerful, which makes one feel very welcoming. More so than that, i also found out that there is a touch screen TV where one can utilise to hold small meetings at a nice cosy corner of the cafe. Hidden Gem! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
