道の駅豊栄には何度か来ていたのに、ここにコーヒー屋さんがあることに気付いてませんでした。 ホットコーヒーの中煎り・深煎り2種類買ってみましたが、どちらも美味しく、飲み比べをして楽しみました。 道の駅に寄った時はまた利用したいです。 Atmosphere: 4

道の駅の中にあるお店です。 お隣の中村屋さんが大混雑の中、静かに営業している雰囲気です。だし巻きサンドの卵焼きは、少し甘め。中のマヨネーズが酸味が強い方が美味しいような気がします。サンドのパンはとっても美味しいです。温めて食べた方がいいかなぁ。 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Plasantly surprised by this amazing coffee stand inside this little rest stop. It is small but have wide choice of coffee. Black, white, cold brew and hand drip. For hand drip, there are several coffee beans from reputable coffee roasters from Niigata. They even have decaf coffee beans. They have professional equipments from grinding the beans to pouring water, and the staff is professional in hand drip technique. For peolle who don't drink coffee, they have green tea latte and houji cha latte. They also have breads. I highly recommend the egg sandwich which is so good that is beyond imagination. It is not the typical egg sandwich. The Japanese style omelet is very moist and sweet, the bread is slightly crispy, coupled with hint of mayo. Staff is very friendly. Knowing that we are traveling and like coffee, he recommended us a few coffee places in Niigata. They have a few tables so you can enjoy and rest before going back to the drive.
