I ordered 20 pieces because the staff told me the minimum order for their paper box packaging was 10 pieces per box. But when I collected my order, she only packed 16 pieces into the box and planned to put the remaining 4 pieces into two flimsy paper bags (2 per bag). This was meant as a gift, so that packaging was completely unsuitable. When I reminded her of the “minimum 10 pieces per box” guideline she herself told me, she gave me attitude. Her co-worker just stared at me blankly without offering any help. After all that, she finally decided she would squeeze everything into the box, which makes me wonder why it wasn’t done properly from the start. The inconsistency, poor service, and lack of professionalism were disappointing. Clear communication and basic customer service should be standard, especially for gift orders. I was at the northpoint city branch when thw shop has open fir business. I stand infront of the counter and say hello as i wanted to buy some croissont with cheese and garlics. One male employee noticed me but didnt bother to attend to me and carrying doing his work giving impression like he is not interested in the business. As such, i walk away and purchase 6 curry puff from another shop who have staff ready to attend to customer. Such service attitude at this Crolo shop, if continues, will result significant drop in patronage and close shop eventually. Service: 1
