English Below / 中文併記 / 日本語併記 Corner Stone Coffee shop just opened in 2017 February. It's so quite and low-key that it's almost difficult to notice at first. But once you walk near by, you could smell the sweet aroma of coffee in the air. Here they only serve gourmet coffee. The owner roast coffee beans by himself. And before starting the process, he would filter all beans and pick out ones with low quality. After beans being roasted, he would run the filter process again just to make sure customers could enjoy best taste of its coffee. If you are lucky to sit on the counter seats, the owner would kindly explain differences between the beans and share some knowledge of techniques on how to make good coffee. You can order coffee beans and have them customized. Though the shop isn't too big, it is with many potentials (outdoor movie nights or small workshops expected in the future). Service was great. Coffee was the best. And most importantly, it is the most beautiful coffee shop I've ever been to. 沒有華麗的招牌，座落在住宅區的角石町咖啡店是如此低調，讓人在經過時很容易不小心忽略。但若駐足，就可聞到空氣中傳來的陣陣咖啡香。角石町是 2017 年 2 月新開幕的小店。所有的精品咖啡豆都是店家自家烘培的。在烘培之前會先篩選一次生豆，將不良品挑出，烘培完後又會再度挑選一次，只為確保客人能夠享用咖啡最精華的部分。從這些地方可看出老闆對咖啡的堅持。不加蓋擴大，也是因為老闆喜歡客人坐在吧台位，能有面對面的相處，讓人跟人之間有更近距離的接觸。如果想要訂製咖啡豆，角石町能夠依照客人的希望與要求做出客製化咖啡豆。並且會細心分享手沖咖啡的秘訣跟咖啡相關的知識。對咖啡有興趣的朋友，可以來這裡和老闆互享心得。寧靜的街道，從裡到外綠意盎然的小屋，一杯咖啡，一陣清風，簡單卻又真誠，是我看過最美、喝過最暖的咖啡店。角石町珈琲（ジャオ・シー・ティン）は２０１７年2月に新しくオープンしたグルメコーヒー屋さんです。見た目はあまり目立たないけれど、お店に近づいてみると香ばしいコーヒーの香りがします。お店で使われてるコーヒー豆はすべてここで焙煎しています。焙煎する前に一度豆をふるいます。そして焙煎した後にもう一度ふるいます。こうすることで良いコーヒー豆だけでコーヒーを淹れることができるようになるのです。こうしたひと手間もお客さんへ最高のコーヒーを差し上げたいから…。こういうところからもお店のコーヒーへのこだわりを感じることができます。また、お店でコーヒー豆を買うこともでき、正しいコーヒーの淹れ方も教えてくれるので、コーヒーについて色々勉強できます。カスタマイズコーヒー豆もできます。決して大きくはないけれど、綺麗でやさしい雰囲気のお店です。
