If you enjoy discovering small neighbourhood coffee spots that deliver more than they promise, CUPO Coffee SG near ABC Food Centre is one to add to your list. Located along Jalan Bukit Merah, this narrow, minimalist café keeps things simple. White walls, clean signage, a compact counter, and a few seats. No frills, no fuss, just good coffee at affordable prices. It is the kind of place you slip into for a quick caffeine fix and walk out pleasantly surprised. CUPO’s menu focuses on classics like Cappuccino, Flat White, Latte, Mocha and flavoured lattes such as Vanilla, Jasmine and Peppermint. They even offer Strawberry Matcha Latte and Strawberry Mocha made with strawberry purée. What you need to check out this month is their festive specials! December is themed Have A Cupo Christmas, and the café has rolled out a full line up of cosy, holiday inspired drinks. Pumpkin Spice Latte ($6.50) This really felt like a little cup of Christmas! It came with a generous amount of natural pumpkin purée that had been mashed to a smooth paste. The spices were fragrant and comforting, and the espresso rounded everything out. Warm, festive and unmistakably cosy. Ginger Honey Matcha ($7) This may sound unusual but the combination works surprisingly well! Earthy matcha is blended with warm ginger, soft honey and even shredded ginger inside the cup. The ginger hits first, giving a gentle spicy kick before the matcha comes through with its umami depth. Topped with Honeystars cereal, it is nourishing, refreshing and a bit quirky. Ginger lovers will appreciate this, though it might be strong for those who prefer milder flavours. Cinnamon Maple Macchiato ($6.50) Creamy, gently sweet and full of warm cinnamon aroma, this hot drink is perfect for a mid afternoon pick me up. The maple adds a smooth sweetness that complements the espresso beautifully. It tastes like autumn and Christmas in one cup. CUPO is also running a month of festive surprises. Snowcap Whip is free for all Christmas drinks throughout December. From 18 to 31 December, every seasonal drink comes with a free Christmas biscuit. Keep your receipts for any 5 Christmas drinks before 24 December and redeem a free exclusive Cupo fridge magnet from 24 to 29 December, limited to 200 pieces. To wrap up the year, enjoy your second drink at 50 percent off on 30 and 31 December.
