Excellent location on a rooftop in CWB. Food is generally great - especially the pork. Beer selection is very competitive. The attitude and friendliness of the staff are very welcoming. The double cheeseburger pizza and the quesadillas are highly recommended. My only suggestion is that they open the outside roof section before 1600, which for some strange reason is its opening time. Many people want to come here especially for that section, and I saw two groups just leave when they realized it was closed. On my return this evening, the outdoor veranda section was open for customers to sit in; however, it is completely surrounded by scaffolding walls and there is absolutely no view of the surrounding Causeway Bay buildings. I'm told the walls will remain for the next two months. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HK$350–400 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

A large bar area with an outside terrace hidden away on the 7th floor of the centre. The food is good quality with the lunch menu offering variety and reasonable prices. There is an interesting happy hour , offering a variety of deals over the course of an afternoon, early evening. Whilst it is in some way a no frills type of place with the set up and decor quite basic the atmosphere is positive. Different age groups attend and mix comfortably. The service is excellent and prices reasonable. This is a location easily accessed from the mtr , suitable for both small and large groups. Highly recommended, I will return. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HK$150–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently visited Cadillac Bar & Grill in Hong Kong on a Saturday, and my experience was very disappointing. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. A group of 10 of us went for their brunch and crazy happy hour, where the drinks start at $18 from 2-3pm and increase by $10 per hour. Initially, we were pleased to see that the place was only half empty, not too crowded. However, once we sat down and attempted to place our food and drink orders, it became apparent that the restaurant was severely understaffed. The staff seemed to be ignoring us, taking orders only when the men in our group asked, completely disregarding the women. Our food took an excessively long time to arrive, and there were numerous mix-ups with our orders. The servers repeatedly brought us food we didn't order and gave us angry looks when we informed them. The drinks, too, took an average of 20 minutes to be served. At one point, I inquired about the status of my margarita, which I had been waiting for 25 minutes. The waitress snapped at me and shouted, "I'm on my break, you can wait!" Eventually, I had to ask another staff member for assistance, and finally, my margarita arrived after over 30 minutes. Overall, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. I don't hold the staff entirely responsible; it appears to be a management issue. It seems that during the cheaper happy hour times, they intentionally have fewer staff members, resulting in an overwhelming workload and insufficient service for everyone. It's unfortunate that the staff members seem constantly irritable, likely due to the stressful conditions imposed by their management. I will definitely avoid returning to this restaurant in the future. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: HK$150–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
