Zin, your service was, without exaggeration, the most disappointing part of our visit !!!!! Hospitality begins with basic courtesy, and unfortunately none of that was present. There was no greeting, no smile, no eye contact, no "thank you," and no sense that customers were welcome. What stood out the most was the way the bill was handled. Instead of handing it to us, you placed the bill holder far away on the table without saying a single word and immediately walked away, forcing us to reach across the table to get it ourselves. After we paid, you took the payment and walked off again without saying a single word—not even a simple "thank you." It felt dismissive and disrespectful. Everyone can have a bad day, but professionalism should never disappear because of it. Customers come to a restaurant expecting not only good food but also basic respect. Unfortunately, your attitude made us feel like our presence was an inconvenience rather than the reason the restaurant exists. The gentleman welcoming guests at the entrance was polite and created an excellent first impression. Sadly, your service erased that impression within minutes. Management should seriously review the standards of customer service, because one interaction like this is enough to make customers decide not to return, regardless of how good the food may be. We left remembering the service far more than the meal—and not in a positive way. Price per person: ฿200–400

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. We try to set a industry standard across the board emphasizing on our guest service relations. I want to personally guarantee as the Manager, this isn't a normal basis experience as we have staff that truly care so much about making our guests happy. Please give us a second chance as we want to make it up to you. Hope to see you again.
