Worst service ever! I got food poisoning from the restaurant and no one cares. The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong is not qualified to be a 5 star hotel. We went to it’s Cafe 103 tonight for diner and I started to feel unwell after having some seafood. In less than an hour in, I vomited. To be safe, I immediately asked to see the manager but she only came a lot after. In our whole conversation, all she did was to deny responsibilities. Then I went to vomit again and she saw me vomiting. In less than an hour, I vomited 3 times at the hotel. All I got was a cup of hot water and that was it, no apologies and no caring. When I got home, it got worse and I started having diarrhea and vomited even more. I called the restaurant manager and even on the phone she kept saying it shouldn’t be because of their food and said they’re closed tomorrow and will check on me in 2 days (why? So I should not be sick when you’re closed and then have to wait for you to be open to check if I’m ok?) I think this is totally unacceptable, and if that’s Ritz’s service standard I am very disappointed. This is the worst experience I had and it certainly is not worth ~1000 per person. I had little food and vomited it all and am now sick and had to pay ~1000 to go through all these. I would never return and I would discourage any of you who would want to go there, they don’t put customer first and only want to deny responsibility and only care about money. Go there if you want to pay a lot and get no service. It’s so unacceptable that I feel I need to let everyone know. Worst service ever. I feel so offended. I vomited in front of the manager and was still being ignored.
