Terrible place and service. Shame on you. We ordered a hot latte and said we would drink it in the café. They served it in paper cups, and it was cold. Don’t waste your money or your time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Unfortunately we had very bad service today (17th Feb 2023) and the staff were not friendly and could not speak any English. They got our order wrong, and they got upset. We were very disappointed in this branch as we love Cafè Amazon at other places in Thailand. The staff need to be trained to speak at least some English. It's sad to see such service, and I hope management can make improvements to this branch. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ฿1–100
