Staffs were very rude!! I'm genuinely shocked that people with this kind of attitude are working in customer service!! They were very loud the entire time I was there! Also the area is not hygienic compared to other branches. Definitely not coming back to this branch again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Now I know why the ratings are so low in this establishment. Waiting 19 minutes for an iced coffee and croissant is just an acceptable. Employees are simply undermanned. Owner of this place is simply ruining the good name of Amazon cafe Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
