Feedback Regarding Service – 4 March around 11:30 AM I am a regular customer at the Amazon Café Bugis Phuket branch. Previously, the service was very good and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, during my visit on 4 March around 11:30 AM, I noticed a change in service quality. The new team members were not very attentive. While taking my order, they did not maintain eye contact and continued talking among themselves. I felt that the customer service was not as professional as before. Additionally, when I asked about the flavor of a new cake product, the staff simply replied, “I don’t know,” without offering an apology or trying to find out the information for me. As a regular customer, I truly appreciate good service and hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future visits. Thank you. Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ฿1–200
