Very disappointed with this place. We ordered coffee and planned to drink it inside, but no one even bothered to ask whether it was for here or to go. They just made it in a plastic takeaway cup by default. When we pointed out that we were staying and asked them to remake it in a proper mug, they rudely refused. There was no apology, no attempt to fix the situation — just a blunt “no.” We didn’t want to drink coffee that had been poured from a plastic cup into a mug. That completely ruins both the experience and the taste. The staff’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Such a simple mistake could have been handled easily, but instead it turned into an unpleasant interaction. Definitely not coming back. Service: 1
