DEVASTATINGLY DISAPPOINTING. Brand loyalist let down! "I am writing this with a heavy heart because I’m actually a huge fan of Cafe Amazon. I’ve visited their branches in multiple countries, and I usually love their coffee and snacks. But THIS specific location? Never again. The service here is, quite frankly, the worst I have encountered in a long time. The staff looked like they absolutely hated being there. No greeting, no smiles—just 'resting grumpy faces' all around. Here’s the breakdown of the disaster: Zero Communication: I tried asking a few simple questions, and I was completely ignored. It’s like they’ve lost the ability to speak to customers. Phone Obsession: The staff were literally glued to their phones the entire time. I felt like I was 'interrupting' their social media scrolling just by trying to order. Lack of Training: It’s clear there is zero professional standards here. They seem totally checked out and disconnected from the job. It’s such a shame because, as I said, the brand itself is great. But the vibes in this shop are so toxic and unwelcoming that I’d rather go thirsty than step foot in here again. MANAGEMENT: Please, get your team some urgent hospitality training. You are ruining the brand's reputation with this level of rudeness. Verdict: Skip this one. There are plenty of other places nearby where the staff actually wants you there!"
