They don’t serve hot lattes with plant-based milk options, but they do offer plant-based milk for iced lattes. That doesn’t really make sense to me. I just wanted a hot latte with soy milk or another plant-based alternative. The funny part is that a latte is cheaper than an Americano — they said a latte is 65 baht, but the same large Americano is 75 baht. I really don’t understand the logic behind this. There are still people who drink hot coffee with plant based milk — like me — who are vegan or allergic to cow’s milk. The company should be more considerate and attentive to these sensitivities. Their english is so poor. Ok i understand but at least they should understand what is soy milk omg really it was a terrible experience
