Today I took a coffee break. Staff was polite. The one with the glasses and a cute little girl who was energetic sympathy and sweety. She was attentive and smiling. The beverages was nice hot as I like it. I didn't know this Amazon was only 15 km from my house. Also near a fish lake temple where I regular pray. I hope the management keep her. She attract many customers this way. Not many places you find this kind of staff. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: ฿1–100

Terrible attitude from the staff Don’t expect a smile or hello. DO expect staff sitting on the floor playing with their phones. Sometimes they have music on, which creates a nice atmosphere. But most of the time it’s the terrible sound of stupid Tik Tok videos. Besides coffee, there’s a few reasons we go to the coffee shop. Read a book, do some work or, even better, have a conversation. But the high pitched screams from STAFF mobile phones is terrible. The regular girl, I have seen her for a while, has a face like a wet weekend. Don’t bother being polite enough to take your cups back to the counter when you are finished. She won’t say thank you, quite the opposite. she will look at you like you are an alien. Not even a nod or a smile! I saw two new staff, a few days ago. This was early in the morning. They were better. One wearing glasses and another that looked very young, they DID say "Sa Wa Dee Ka" when I arrived. And said "thank you", in English, when I took back my tray. I hope the boss/manager of this franchise sees this review. Food: 1
