During our recent visit to Café Amazon, we stopped by on a public holiday, which meant the place was understandably very busy. Even so, we were pleasantly surprised by how efficient and organized the staff were. Despite the long queue, our order was taken quickly and processed without any noticeable delay, which already left a very positive first impression. One of the highlights for us was the availability of oat milk as an alternative to regular milk. My mother is unable to tolerate dairy, so seeing oat milk on the menu made a big difference for us and allowed her to enjoy her drink without worry. It showed that the café is considerate toward guests with different dietary needs, which we really appreciated. When our drinks finally arrived, everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The flavors were balanced, and each drink was made exactly as ordered. Even with the large crowd, the quality did not suffer at all. The staff remained friendly and calm throughout the rush, and their service felt both professional and welcoming. The overall atmosphere of Café Amazon was lively yet comfortable, with plenty of seating and a relaxed vibe that made it a nice place to sit down and take a break. Considering how full it was that day, we were honestly impressed by how smoothly everything was handled. In the end, we left very satisfied with both the service and the drinks. Our experience at Café Amazon was thoroughly positive, and we would be happy to visit again on our next trip. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
