Very bad service. I requested for a napkin from one of the staff but the man rejected. I asked him if I buy a coffee then I can have a napkin then he turned his back to me without answering.. I talked to the other three staff ladies but all kept quiet and rejected to support. I asked who is the manger, but all kept quiet. They need to be trained on how to deal with customers in more polite way and show respect. Service: 1

I stop here every time I travel, and to get an espresso you have to wait 35 minutes. Bad service, having to wait so long for an espresso. It's obvious the place is very poorly managed. Next time, I'll never get a coffee here again. Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
