The staff taking orders provided very poor service. Their facial expression was unwelcoming, and they spoke in a rude and abrupt manner. Normally, the drinks taste the same at every branch anyway, so when the staff behave like this, it affects customers’ decisions to use other branches instead. (The staff only spoke nicely to regular customers or people they already knew.) Visited on 29/05/2026 at 09:07 AM. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
