I had a horrible experience. I bought a bottle of water and simply asked for a cup.any cup would have been fine..because I needed to take medication. The employee, Waruyumi, was rude and unhelpful. I politely asked several times if I could have a cup, and she repeatedly said “no” without offering any alternative solution. She didn’t offer to sell me a cup, suggest another option, or make any effort to help. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially in a business that deals with people every day. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. By the way, the place is called Café Amazon, and as someone from the Amazon region of Brazil, I found the contrast ironic, we would never treat a customer this way. I want to make it clear that this seems to be an isolated incident. In my experience, most people in Thailand are genuinely kind, welcoming, and friendly. Unfortunately, this particular interaction was disappointing and left a very negative impression. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ฿1–200 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don't know why the staff they are not friendly I walk in the shop and order my coffee the staff behind the cashier not There was absolutely no service-mindedness whatsoever. I didn't mind that initially, but when I received my drink and asked for a bag to put it in, the employee responded with a displeased look. Did I ask for a free drink or something? If you're not ready to work, then just resign.

The service staff were disappointing. They didn’t seem welcoming and looked unfriendly toward customers, but they were smiling and chatting with their coworkers, which was confusing. Especially the female staff member making drinks who wore glasses she looked very unfriendly and had an unhappy expression. I ordered takeaway, but the drink cup wasn’t sealed properly, and the bag was dirty and stained with spilled Thai tea. I also ordered 50% sweetness, but the drink turned out much sweeter than requested. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
