Service is so bad, i literally sit down to drink here. They gave me a takeaway cup, i wanted to change it to a ceramic cup and they said they can't because i chose to have a takeaway cup. They should've asked me if I'm drinking here or not, they asked nothing and i just said "hot cappuccino small" and she watched me with a straight face and gave me my change. Terrible af service.
