We waited at least 20 minutes for a cup of iced mocha, due to there was a large pre order up to 50 cups of cold drinks. I understand that they have to finish that order, but what about the customers who are thirsty waiting for their order. 20 minutes is a long time . Please have a better system to manage in serving customers. We love Thailand but we don’t appreciate slow and ineffective system. Thank you. Service: 1
