Hanoori is an above average restaurant chain in Korea that specializes in Korean cuisine. This branch is one of the worst ones in the chain, but still worth a visit if you’re in the Shinsaegae Department store. The staff is friendly, but overall they need better training in terms of being more attentive and responsive to customers. The food comes out relatively quickly. The doganitang - cow knuckle soup - is very average. Their noodle pot, however, is pretty decent. This is like a shabu shabu, where they cook meat and veggies in a hot broth, and once you’re done eating that, they put noodles in the broth. And once you’re done with the noodles, you can add rice into the broth and have porridge. Unless you’re having the noodle pot, this place can be avoided. You’re not missing out.

This is my first time eating while sweating at a department store restaurant. It's delicious, and they put all the meat in it themselves. The noodles were delicious too. Above all, the porridge was the best.
