I found it to be a wonderful place, the workers were extremely diligent when I came to cleaning up after the animals. they had a seperate area where the drinks were made. all the animals were super happy and the workers were close with meny of the racoons and other animals. They knew them through and though, down to what toy was their favorite. the staff was happy and welcoming Personally I had a very good experience.
