Honestly, of anywhere I have been on the planet, this is my favorite cafe for coffee. Although I have not lived in Korea for more than a few years now, this place was the best with great artistry, a lovely atmosphere, and top-notch drinks. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The coffee was good and the aesthetic of this cafe is very appealing comfortable seats, beautiful decor. However, the service was disappointing. The server gave us a 2 hour time limit after we ordered our drinks, which was fine. But, it was after I attempted to order a dessert and was denied that was off-putting. She told me that they were too busy and refused to take my order. Meanwhile, my friend and I heard her accept a cheesecake order from another table. Hopefully this was all a misunderstanding, but it felt rather personal. Also, she was very punctual in letting us know that we have reached the end of our 2 hour stay. When we paid, the server made sure to tell me that it’s a cocktail cafe and not a study cafe (my friend had been studying). Despite paying money to enjoy the cafe and staying within the 2 hr time window, looks like you need to be conversing to enjoy this location. Price per person: ₩1–10,000 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

They have a “no children policy” which is in a way discriminatory. For a basic cafe such as this one, I was not expecting there to be a “no children policy.” Given the fact this is located near a military base where families frequently pass through, it causes confusion as to why they would have such restrictions. I do NOT recommend this place for families as you will be disappointed when you get turned away with your children. I highly recommend you go down the block to “Caffe Bene” JUST a few steps away from this place, much more spacious inside and they will happily accept children. Better prices.
