アフタヌーンティーをいただく。香港は物価も高く円安もあり、1万超の価値があるかと言われると微妙なライン。ケーキ類は結構味が似通っており食べ切るのが厳しい。クロテッドクリームは好みのタイプでは無かったが、ココナッツのお茶が美味しかった。. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $500+

Had a light breakfast at The Lounge in the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong. The receptionist was extremely friendly and greeted me with a smile and promptly seated me despite The Lounge being nearly full. I ordered one cafe latte and one croissant. The cafe latte was very uniquely presented in a glass as opposed to the traditional cup. The croissant was very fresh as if it had been baked that morning. It was crispy, flakey, buttery and warm. A lovely treat. It was served with portioned butter and Maison Laurino French jams. I had strawberry. I was offered a choice of newspaper. The red rain signal was hoisted and with school cancelled, it was a peaceful retreat from hectic Central. I highly recommend it. Bon appétit.
