A cheerful corner cafe with a cheerful lady making fresh home-made juices, drinks, and sandwiches. Ms. Maria was very kind and friendly to our kids and shared Jeju trips with us while we visited. She explained the origin of the "Jeju mandarin" name. Thanks for a nice visit, Ms. Maria! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I like to tell my friends back here in Melbourne about the wonderful 'Cafe Hug lady', whose kindness and welcome was one of the most lovely things about my time in Samdo-i-dong. I really enjoyed spending time in her cosy, corner spot. I hope she is still there when I go back. (Tasty sandwiches too.) Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I would like to highly recommend this little cozy cafe across the street where 관덕정 is located. Its friendly owner was nice of us and coffee as well as smoothie were delicious. She could offer menu in English as well which was helpful. In summary, I'm delighted we have encountered this lovely place and have met so great person before leaving Jeju island. Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
