Every dish we ordered was tasty and full of flavour. I have to commend the warm hospitality shown by everyone there. It genuinely felt more like visiting a family friend’s home than dining at a restaurant. The Kizhi Parotta was excellent, and the signature Kanthari Chicken Paal Curry was outstanding. The Nool Parotta was perfectly crispy, while the Kizhi Parotta was beautifully soaked in the curry, making every bite incredibly satisfying. One thing I appreciated was that they informed us upfront, even before we ordered, that the food would take about 25 minutes to arrive. They delivered it right on time, which set expectations well and showed great professionalism. The $1 cutting chai is absolutely worth trying. Served in authentic glass cups, it adds a nice touch to the overall vibe. It’s slightly on the sweeter side, but still very enjoyable. Overall, this is an affordable restaurant serving high-quality food with genuinely warm and welcoming hospitality. A lovely family-run place that I can definitely see myself visiting often. Great experience at Cafe Malabar, must try the cutting chaya and chicken 65, I've been searching for chicken 65 here in Singapore before then finally only at Cafe Malabar i found the great and delicious Chicken 65. (I order also for take away ) Must try also bamboo biryani and mutton biryani. For sure we're coming back. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
