Really nice place with custom hookah flavor. Price point is a little high, but the hookah was fantastic. I smoked for 2.5 hours and the head was still giving good flavor. They also give really, good attention to their customers. I ordered two cocktails as well which were good. Playlist and song choice was really nice as well. Overall very laid back and nice experience Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We visited Noir Gallery 2 times and both times shisha master understood us perfectly and delivered exactly what we wanted. We have not tried any drinks but when it comes to shisha it's a place that is among the best ones we have tried around the world. If you're looking for a specific shisha flavor then this is your place. Price per person: $500+ Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is the best place in all of Hong Kong. I brought a guest from Korea here, and I'm so happy that they left with such wonderful memories of Hong Kong thanks to the friendly and attentive staff. They also created a special cocktail for our last night, which was one of the best I've ever had in my time at countless bars. Of course, the signature hookah was also fantastic. It was a flavor I'd never experienced before. I highly recommend this place for future guests or as a date spot. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
