In an attempt to discover decent food in the industrial area of Kowloon Bay, I decided to visit this restaurant based on the favorable impressions of dishes from internet photos. I ordered the Taiwanese Ginger Scallion Pork Chop Rice ($60). I found the pork chop to be extremely dry and tough, lacking both juiciness and tenderness. This was disappointing. Also, considering the price, the portion size of the entire dish was underwhelming. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this restaurant due to its poorly made food.
