Came for a Bingo event, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Had The Standard Burger, was delicious. Non-alcoholic version of their house cocktail, Virgin Sling, was also very good!

Nice try of advertising your cafe on Instagram Ads. I know you are catering for the people in your hotel but I will judge this place objectively. Taste wise, not sure if it's worth close to $30 for each (with gst and service charge). Nothing special and just tastes like ingredients assembled into a burger rather than a whole cohesive burger. Cafe atmosphere was bright and clean though. Price per person: SGD 40–50 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Café Standard The Standard ( *newly opened hotel) 12 Orange Grove Road #01-00, Singapore 258353 We discovered this new hotel that opened in Dec 2024. It is just sited right next to Shangri-La Hotel.︎ My hubby and I had reserved a table for two at Cafe Standard ( ground floor). Upon stepping into the lobby entrance, I was greeted by Asgi, the bell boy, who greeted us cheerfully and directed us to the cafe. At Cafe Standard, we were served by Mike and Justin, who were both amiable, very polite and they proceeded to inform us of the hotel's other amenities like the Pool Deck area & Kaya restaurant on the upper floors. We ordered the classic Fish and Chips and Iced Cafe Latte. The battered fish and chips were very fresh and tasty. You can tell straightaway it was a well-crafted dish. The Cafe Standard also opens up to a beautifully landscaped verdant garden, full of luscious foliage. Even though the garden area is small, I feel it is a compact oasis of vibrant color and lush greenery, where carefully curated plants and cascading creeper vines create a harmonious and inviting space. The landscape artist had done an awesome job = maximizing every inch with thoughtful design, despite the garden's mini size. I would like to return to this beautiful hotel again soon.
