Cafe Usagi is a must-visit! Their ice cream is incredibly rich and flavorful, and the desserts are beautifully crafted and absolutely delicious. Their staff are really kind and approachable. If you have a sweet tooth, this place will not disappoint. Excellent quality and amazing taste—I’ll definitely be back for more!

Staff is friendly, attentive and approachable. Rating is mainly for the quality of the drinks. Ordered the Strawberry Uji Matcha Latte, Flat White Coffee and the Hokkaido Vanilla Ice Cream with Mochi Skin. The only good thing was the ice cream and mochi. U can tell ice cream is good quality. The drinks however was not great at all. The flat white has to be the one of the worst coffee we have ever tasted. It is very very watery, coffee taste is strong. It seems like there’s more water than milk, like an americano with water instead of milk. The matcha drink is grainy with a strong after taste. Not prepared properly. And the strawberry taste is super overpowering. Would recommend this place for the ice cream and dessert but not the drinks.

My 1st time! But I love the taste, the texture the prentation..if you can see I order alot. Love the ice cream with mochi, fruits from Japan with mochi and the waffles. I will definitely come back! And most of all good service of Airah, rose and Joy!
