Extremely disappointing experience at Cafe Ferry while waiting to board the ferry to Koh Samui. The staff was unnecessarily rude and completely lacked basic hospitality skills. Instead of being helpful to travelers — many of whom are managing luggage, kids, and tight ferry timings — the attitude was dismissive and arrogant. When you are running a place that caters to tourists and ferry passengers, basic courtesy should be the minimum standard. Unfortunately, that was missing here. No warmth, no assistance, and absolutely no sense of customer service. Thailand is known worldwide for its hospitality. Experiences like this are completely out of character and disappointing. xcellent little café with a great selection of delicious pastries and very good coffee at extremely affordable prices. The place is super clean, well designed, and offers plenty of seating areas, including spots to recharge your phone, which is really convenient. Very friendly, relaxed atmosphere and overall great value. Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
