I chose the place because black coconut sounded interesting. "Finished" said the server. I'll give her credit for using English to me as an obvious falang (and an Englishman wearing a 3 lions football shirt) rather than the Thai word "mot". The aircon was switched off - fan made it tolerable to an expat of 15 years residence in Isaan but it left this as a place we (Thai wife & me) did not want to dally. I suspect she would have turned the fan on had I asked. My iced chocolate smoothy was OK, but not as good/intense as Amazon's and was nowhere near as "waan noi" (little bit sweet) as Amazon's.
