Clean, cool and cozy café at the local Transportation Department. A perfect place to rest and relax while reviewing for the driving test. No need to stay in that awful room next door and listen to the 5-hour long video (for those who can't read Thai/English). Instead, come grab an iced latte and read the book in the quiet air-conditioned café. What a lovely oasis! Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Café de Chang är ett trevligt kafé när man väntar på sitt körkort, snyggt och prydligt, luftkonditionering. Det känns som ett riktigt pärla, det känns som man har ansträngt sig och lyckats skapa en inbjudande och trevlig oas bland betongen i omgivningen.
