The Windmill cafe is located at beside of the road #57 from Byeongcheon to Anseong. I was an only guest when I visited. However, the espresso had not only wonderful flavors and taste but the scenary from the second floor was fantastic combined with a frozen stream and mountains. Forthemore there were many cherry trees at both side of the road for about 10km. In the Spring, people can enjoy the full blosomed cherry flowers.
