The food order didn't go by the time you placed the order. Even though orders were made back to back, they cook based on the more popular dishes first. Waited more than 45 mins for my order while my buddies already started their meals. Have to nudge the cashier and he will notify the chef to cook your order. Meaning if you didn't nudge, you may have to wait much longer. Asked the staff how come they didn't go by sequence, he didn't even apologise for the long wait. Just replied that they cook based on specific dishes first. Simply ridiculous. Won't come back again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Our food took super long to arrive and when I went to check on our order after 20 mins the staff said it’s because the queue is long. One of our two orders was curry chicken which only needs staff to scoop out steamed rice and the curry from a pot. How long can that take? So I find this excuse kind of insulting. Our other order was the pork runaway and arrived 35min after our ordering time. The cafe blasts worship music which I don’t take any issue w it but after my experience here maybe it’s because you need a lot of faith that your food will arrive at all. The food itself tastes fine but the portion is a bit small for the price.

First time trying Cafe4you (Bukit Merah Central). The food display portion looked very appealing and worth the price — $10 including rice and an egg. So I decided to pack it for my wife. However, when we opened the box at home, the portion given was very disappointing and definitely not worth the $10 paid. We can get $8 meals in town area with better portion and value. This will likely be the last time we purchase from here, as the actual serving really did not match what was shown at the display. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
